Just because I am stuck at home with little to no workout equipment, doesn’t mean I am going to let it affect my workout schedule. Lately, I have been trying to switch up and switch up my workouts. Over the next few weeks, I will share my favorite ones with you in my new workout series! Today, I will be sharing one of my favorite HIIT Workouts with you from Experiments In Wellness:

Round 1:

  • 40 High Knees
  • 30 Speed Skaters
  • 20 Squats
  • 10 Up-Down Planks

Rest 30 Seconds

Round 2:

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 30 Lunges (On each leg)
  • 20 Bicycle Crunches
  • 10 Push ups

Rest 30 Seconds

Round 3:

  • 40 Russian Twists
  • 30 Cross Jacks
  • 20 Pulse Squats
  • 10 Knee Pull ins

Rest 30 Seconds

Round 4:

  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 30 Cursty Lunges
  • 20 Power Jacks
  • 10 Burpees in to a Squat
